Any security testing, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, or red-team simulation performed by CyberThreads is conducted strictly under a signed, mutually executed **Rules of Engagement (RoE)** contract and written authorization.
- **Authorized Scope**: Testing is strictly confined to systems, IP networks, and domains explicitly owned, operated, or legally authorized by the client organization.
- **Adherence to Law**: CyberThreads strictly operates in compliance with the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the UK Computer Misuse Act, and relevant international cyber legislation. Unauthorized offensive testing against third parties is strictly prohibited.
## 3. Proprietary Intellectual Property
All website designs, logos, custom graphics, proprietary security tools, assessment templates, and technical content published on CyberThreads are the exclusive intellectual property of CyberThreads and protected by copyright and intellectual property treaties.
## 4. Disclaimer of Warranties
While CyberThreads utilizes industry-standard testing methodologies (including OWASP, NIST SP 800-115, and PTES), no cybersecurity assessment can guarantee that a system is 100% invulnerable or free from unknown zero-day vulnerabilities. Our services identify vulnerabilities within the defined testing window and scope.
## 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberThreads and its security specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from system downtimes or third-party breaches occurring outside our direct control.
